Après un parcours scolaire classique (lycée international, hypokhâgne, khâgne) j’ai intégré l’ESAG Met de Penninghen. Une étape décisive qui révéla ma passion pour l’image en formant mon oeil sur les préceptes du Bauhaus.
Ma collaboration avec Bob Wilson fut une deuxième étape essentielle dans ma construction en tant qu’artiste. J’ai participé à deux reprises au Watermill Center Summer Program ce qui m’a permis de rencontrer maints artistes qui m’ont grandement influencée (Lucinda Childs, Marina Abramovic) et d’autres avec lesquels j’ai pu collaboré (Ali Hossaini, producteur de mon court métrage Beethoven’s Toothpaste - New York, et le Shakespeare’s Wild Sisters Group - Taiwan).
En résidence au Watermill Center, a laboratory for performance, j’ai pu développer mon projet de thèse Over, again. une pièce de théâtre interactive et visuelle et y ai endossé pour la première fois le rôle de metteur en scène et d’auteur.
J’ai poursuivi mon exploration du médium vidéo avec DANCE Project, un projet d’installation alliant vidéo et images fixes qui fut présenté le 20 mars 2013 lors du Festival Anthropologies Numériques, au Cube.
Mon dernier projet, un concept de pièce de théâtre à dramaturgie plurielle, m'a amenée à collaborer de plus près avec la Ville de Saint-Tropez, jusqu'à la création le 24 octobre 2012 de l'événement "de Mono... à 'Kini", qui, à l'occasion d'une soirée de projection de films amateurs présentait le Saint-tropez d'hier (Films Super 8) et le Saint-Tropez d'aujourd'hui (court-métrages réalisés par les jeunes de la ville). De cette exploration sont nées des séries de photographies présentant ma vision de Saint-tropez, au fil des saisons, loin des préjugés et des clichés.
Je développe aujourd'hui un nouveau projet autour de portraits photographiques et sonores tout en poursuivant mon activité de graphiste - directrice artistique freelance.

I am a visual artist / graphic designer, graduated from Esag Penninghen in 2008. Since then, I have had the chance to collaborate with Robert Wilson during the Watermill Center Summer Program. This experience has led me to meet and work with tremendously talented artists who have inspired me (Marina Abramovic, Lucinda Childs) and with whom i have been luck enough to collaborate (Ali Hossaini, producer of my short film Beethven's Toothpaste, The Shakespeare's Wild Sisters Group, Taiwan).
During an artist's residency at the Wtaermill Center I developed Over, again. an interactive play for which i played, for the first tie, both the roles of director, author and art director. I then pursued my exploration of the video media with the DANCE Project; an installation project that was shown at the Digital Anthropology Festival at Le Cube, Paris.
My last project led me to collaborate with the City of Saint-Tropez where i developed an event "de Mono... à Kini" around amateur films from the past and present times. I also created a photographic series around the village.
Today, while developing my activity as a freelance graphic designer, a brand new project is keeping me busy, photographic and sound portraits, aiming to bring out the "human" in us all, in a world where we are all supposed to fit into a box or category.

Humanology est un projet en développement. Face à une sensation de plus en plus tenace de déshumanisation de notre société, j'ai ressenti le besoin de revenir à l'humain. D'offrir l'opportunité d'une réelle connexion, à travers la photographie et le son. Je souhaite développer ce projet par réseau, chaque sujet introduisant une personne de son entourage, Humanology s'auto-génère donc, il n'y a aucune sélection de ma part sur les sujets participant. Ma subjectivité artistique intervient durant l'entretien, à la sélection de l'image et de l'extrait sonore qui lui est associé. J'espère créer une centaine de portraits au total, tous plus différents et uniques les uns que les autres. Ces portraits seront diffusés sur un site internet qui leur sera dédié, dans l'espoir qu'un jour ce projet fasse l'objet d'une exposition.

Humanology is a work in progress. A series of photographic and sound portraits, aiming to bring out the "human" in us all, in a world where we are all supposed to fit into a box or category. It was an opportunity for me to create a real connection, through photography and sound. I wish to develop this project through a network created and generated by the subjects who have already participated, each of them introducing the project to at least one of their friends or family members. There is no selection on my part, my artistic subjectivity comes only during the interview, the selection of the image and sound which will be associated to it. I hope to create one hundred portraits, all unique and brilliant in their diversity. The portraits will be shown on a dedicated website in the hope they one day will be exhibited.

Le DANCE Project a été présenté le 20 mars 2013 dans le cadre du Festival Anthropologies Numériques au Cube.
DANCE est un projet d’installation en deux temps. Tout d’abord une projection du film sur un écran de deux mètres par trois. Puis, le spectateur passe derrière l’écran pour découvrir le livre (idéalement format A3), sur un pupitre.
Dance Project est une exploration vidéo et photographique de nos chorégraphies quotidiennes : trouver un sens au chaos, chercher la beauté dans le banal, pour enfin aller à la rencontre de l'autre si souvent perdu dans ces flots ininterrompus.

Beethoven's Toothpaste (or the paradox of Zeno's arrow) is a short film i wrote and directed. At the origin of this project was the "Philosophy on Film" workshop, led by producer Ali Hossaini, at the Watermill Center Summer Program.
- en suspens - est une série de photographie prises à Saint-Tropez et dans ses environs, rendant compte d'une nostalgie d'un temps passé, d'un temps arrêté. J'utilise la technique que j'ai nommée "arrêts sur images", un mélange de photo et de vidéo. Cette série de photos a fait l'objet d'une exposition à la Galerie Artsyne en février 2012.

- suspended - is a photographic series on Saint-Tropez, a village where time seems suspended in the nostalgia of times past. I use a "freeze frame" technique, creating images between video and photography. These images were shown during an exhibition at the Galerie Artsyne in february 2012.
Over, again. est une pièce de théâtre performative et interactive. L’univers est beckettien, trois personnages, Tomek, le Fou et le Prince, sont prisonniers d’un ‘no man’s land’ géographique et temporel. Ils sont là. Le ‘là’ étant encore à définir. Une chose est sûre, le Fou veut en sortir. Le Prince, lui, ne peut concevoir d’aucune sorte de vie à l’extérieur de ces murs immatériels. Tomek ? Tomek est le corps qui peut tout rendre possible.

Over, again. is an interactive and performative play. Beckett is the main influence here. Three characters, Tomek, the Fool and the Prince, are prisoners of a geographical and temporal no man's land. They're "there". But the "there" still needs to be defined. One thing is for certain. The Fool wants out. The Prince cannot conceive of any other kind of life outside these immaterial walls. Tomek ? Tomek is the body that can make anything happen.
